Join us Monday evening to kick off FLC ‘23 at the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, San Diego’s most stunning outdoor venue. A short walk from the Marriott Marquis, this newly constructed event space is an architectural wonder in the heart of downtown. Offering pristine views of San Diego Bay, the Rady Shell is the perfect place to connect with colleagues while enjoying the city at its best. Live entertainment and a delicious dinner will also be provided.

This year’s conference is about getting ‘Back to the Basics’. We’ve crafted 5 Leadership Labs to help you master the fundamentals of operating a successful restaurant and leading teams. These labs will give you the tools and insights you need to build a strong foundation for even greater success in your role.
