HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?
If you need to make changes to your registration, click the link provided in your confirmation email to get you back into the site. Use your FLC’23 registration confirmation number to log in. If you still need help, please contact the Chipotle Registration Team at [email protected].

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’VE SUBMITTED MY REGISTRATION CORRECTLY?
Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an on-screen confirmation, as well as an email with your confirmation number. If you need assistance with registration, please contact the Chipotle Registration Team at [email protected].
WHEN IS REGISTRATION HAPPENING?
Registration will open in October and will close on January 9, 2023. Please book your flights and register upon receipt.

In the event of a flight cancellation for your trip from FLC’23, please contact Egencia. We’ll be in contact with you if your transportation from the airport should change.

What Costs am I responsible for during air travel?
Any airline travel fees incurred for checked baggage, food, or beverage purchases are your responsibility. Chipotle will pay for one carry-on item but not for checked baggage so please pack appropriately. If you miss a flight, you will be personally responsible for change fees and flight costs associated with rebooking that flight.
HOW DO I FIND GROUND TRANSPORTATION ONCE I LAND IN SAN DIEGO?
Ground transportation will be provided for you from the San Diego International Airport to the Marriott Marquis on Monday, February 20th. Upon your arrival, please make your way to your designated baggage claim, regardless of whether you have checked bags or not.
Look for transportation staff holding FLC’23 signs. They’ll bring you to the shuttle that will take you to the Marriott Marquis. Make sure your bag gets loaded on the shuttle before you board.
Please note that rideshares/taxicabs should not be utilized as the event is providing transportation.
CAN I DRIVE TO THE MEETING?
For Field Leaders, and other employees with a company car in the San Diego market, please use your company vehicle.
Corporate and field employees without a company car can submit business mileage when the first and last trip of the day are in excess of 25 miles. E.g., Trip from home office to Meeting is 60 miles, you would be reimbursed for anything over that initial 25 miles.

HOTEL
WHAT HOTEL CHARGES AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Chipotle will pay for your room (to include room cost, resort fee, and tax) at the Marriott Marquis. Food, beverage and entertainment will be provided during the conference. You will be responsible for any personal expenses and will be required to pay for these items at the time of purchase.
Personal expenses include: in-room movies, in-room snack bar/mini bar charges, internet access fees, restaurant/bar charges and room service.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN MY HOTEL ROOM?
Each Marriott Marquis room is newly refreshed, with elegant furnishings and luxurious begging. Your bathroom will be stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, body location and a hair dryer.
DO I NEED TO TIP HOUSEKEEPING?
Tips and gratuities will be covered by the conference. If you should require personal services, tips and gratuities are your responsibility and are not eligible for reimbursement.
CAN I CHARGE ITEMS TO MY ROOM?
You can provide a personal credit or debit card to the Marriott Marquis upon check-in if you utilize paid guest rooms amenities during your stay, such as in-room movies, in-room dining or the mini bar. Hotel room costs are included and paid for by Chipotle.
CAN I EXTEND MY STAY IN SAN DIEGO BEFORE OR AFTER THE CONFERENCE DATES?
You may request your extended dates during the registration process. All dates are based on availability with the hotel and will be confirmed by the Chipotle Registration Team via email. Your additional night(s) will not be charged to the Chipotle FLC’23 account, you will have to provide a personal credit card for the charges.
